John H F Douglas III

CEO/Master Barber/Instructor

Founder and CEO of FADEOLOGIST INC., served 8 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, graduated from Georgia Southern University¸ Statesboro, Georgia, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Although John started cutting hair at the age of 14 in the basement of his parents’ home, it was during those college years while working as an apprentice at The Master’s Dens Barbershop that John realized God’s plan for him was in the barber industry.  On July 11, 1995, John established FADEOLOGIST INC. in Atlanta, Georgia.  Today, in its third location, FADEOLOGIST reigns supreme in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Offering more than barber services, John,  a husband and father, tirelessly gives of himself by spreading hope and inspiration to all who enter the doors of FADEOLOGIST and partakes in the blessing of the man John H.F. Douglas III. His clients not only receive top-notch services, but are fed spiritually, as well as emotionally.  Those who come into contact with John leave his presence with a sense of self-value that far outweighs any physical beauty gained from the spectacular haircut one gets in his barber chair.

Presently, a licensed barber instructor, John’s vision for FADEOLOGIST is to Franchise Barber Schools & Barber Shops, demonstrating to some and instructing others on his methods of performing and obtaining “Haircuts to A Science” in major cities across the U.S.
